It%27s been far too long since we last heard from Daphni (another alias of Dan Snaith, aka Caribou), the Canadian electronic producer behind some of the most memorable melodic techno/house hits of the last decade, from Sun to Odessa. Recorded over a period of several years whilst he was renewing his studio, this new album sounds like a collection of test hits. The producer lines up 14 vignettes, most of which last two to three minutes and range from Balkan swing (%27Always There%27) and ghetto house (Mania) to disco, house and electronica.
